seriously one of my favorite French expressions.In French, you don’t really say “I miss you.” You say “tu me manques,” which is closer to “you are missing from me.”
I love that. “You are missing from me.” You are a part of me, you are essential to my being. You are like a limb, or an organ, or blood. I cannot function without you.
So sweet.

Johnny Cupcakes inspired owl. The headphones are for my younger brother who is the only person I know that appreciates music as much as I do. The hipster glasses are the same exact ones that my youngest brother wears. (Prescription lens by the way.) The paintbrush dripped in red is for my big brother who is the artist in the family. And lastly, the Vietnamese peach flowers are for my lovely mother.
